We put Maxwell to sleep today due to cancer. He could not get up on his own any more, he could not potty without crying in pain and he had to wear a diaper  because of the bleeding that had started.

He was a great dog and will be missed not only by us, but by his two year old foster mom that called him her old WOW WOW.

He slept in the same room with his kid. Even though he was only with us a few months he went with our love.

Maxwell was fostered by Kimberly (the office assistant )at General Dog and Cat Hospital and
had cancer surgery a few weeks ago....rescued by our wonderful BRLA volunteer Tamara from Pomona Valley Humane....

He fought a brave battle for a few weeks and everyone at General, including Doc, Marilyn and the staff, today was in tears to say goodbye to this brave worrier who lost his battle to cancer ..... We want to thank Kimberly and her family for giving Maxwell the dignity and love he so deserved passing through their lives.... making a forever imprint into their loving hearts. He will always be remembered warmly by all who cared for him thankfully for all the compassion.
