TRIBUTES: Bruno

[CLICK TO RETURN TRIBUTES]

Hi,

A few months ago Adrienne Nelson rescued Bruno from your shop - anyway, long story short, I got extremely attached to the dog and he ended up living with me.

Sadly, I write because I thought you should know that Bruno passed away today. He had a seizure in my car on the way to work. I used to bring him into my office with me every day - something he (not to mention myself and my co-workers) really enjoyed. I rushed him to the vet hospital, but when we got there it seemed like he recovered from his initial seizure, as he hopped right out of the car wagging his tail. Unfortunately, while at the vet, he had two more seizures, the last resulting in cardiac arrest that he didn't recover from. He died quickly and quietly.

Bruno was an amazing dog - gentle, happy, playful, friendly, loyal and, really over these past months, became my best friend. I will miss him more than words can describe. I noticed on your web-site you have an "In loving memory" section. Should you want to add a tribute to Bruno, I'm happy to help.

Thanks for your time.

Mike

P.S. you guys do amazing work there - Bruno, and all of your other rescues, are lucky and, i'm sure thankful, that you are around.
