I have recently found a boxer or boxer mix female puppy. It was covered in fleas and ticks, so I took her to the vet. The vet thought the puppy was only 3 months old. She was given a flea / tick treatment (Advantak, I think) and her first series of puppy shots. I am unable to keep her as I already have a pit bull (also a rescued stray 2 years ago). I wanted to see if a boxer rescue organization could help me. I want the puppy to be placed in a safe and happy home. Please let me know if you can help me. Elizabeth Musnicky musnicky90@prodigy.net

I LOVE BOXERS, WE HAD ONE THAT RECENTLY PAST AWAY AND WE MISS HER.
I would just like to mention how much both my family and my aunt's family appreciates your shelter. My aunt had adopted Storm, our boxer, about two years ago on the first or second day he came. I believe your name for him was Tigger. or Tiger. Anyways, when my aunt moved away, she gave him to my family. If you'd like to see some pictures of Storm, here's the URL: http://f2.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/pictures4jessie/album?.dir=/f8c8&.src=ph&store=&prodid=&.done=http%3a//f2.pg.photos.yahoo.com/pictures4jessie
I am sitting here crying... I want to adopt every dog on this site. I have a boxer boy and a girl pit mix and my husband would kill me if I got another dog. So, I would like to hear more about donating my time to the rescue. Everyone of these beautiful animals deserves love and attention. Boxers are the funniest, most loving dogs I have ever owned. My Louie is always making us laugh and sometimes I think he does it on purpose. He's a comedian! Please e-mail me back if you could use another body at the rescue for walks, love, playtime or whatever. Thank you for the wonderful work you all do.
Creative webpage!

Hello, Please let me know if Emma finds her owner! I would love to care for her.I have a female fawn boxer, very spoiled, how else are you suppose to treat boxers? I just don't know if they would get along. I volunteer for Save Our Strays in Huntington Beach, www.SaveOurStraysHB.org, one of our many efforts is to encourage animal owners to MICROCHIPP their animals!!!! You should provide information on your website regarding microchipps, you can view our website to get an idea. thanks for your hard work for the Boxer Bread!!!! johnna
Looking for a playmate for my shepard/boder collie fixed male "play all the time"little buddy.
I just lost my best friend "Patches" she was a female boxer. She got to be about 9yrs. old. She was the best dog I ever had, I got her when she was 3 months old. R.I.P "PATCHES"
I'M VERY INTRESTED IN ADOPTING A BOXER AND I LOVE THIS WEBSITE AND THE WHOLE BOXER RESCUE ORGINIZATION. I HOPE TO SOON ADOPT ONE FROM YOU GUYS!
I will soon be living in a large house with a yard, and would be very interested in getting a boxer. I have never owned one, but I love the "look" and have heard so many wonderful things about the breed. I look forward to contacting you when I am ready to adopt.
Your website is so wonderful - I have a Boxer/Rodesian Ridgeback and she is the most wonderful dog in the world. She is 8 and I am interested in getting another dog while she is still tolorant and young enough to play. Plus, I just love the breed and the thought of rescuing another dog (I rescued mine) means alot to me.
My next door neighbors adopted a boxer (Scooby) and he is the best thing that ever happened to them! It has inspired me to adopt one also! We live in an apartment with cats so we can't adopt immediately, but as soon as we buy a house with a yard, we will be in contact. Thank you for your good work!
Great job guys!
looking for a female puppy
I lost my boxer, Jesse 10 months ago and my house has not been the same since. I am looking for another boxer and have not decided if I want a puppy or an adult.
I am on my second boxer. Both whom were rescued. I believe it is the only way to have this addition to your family. I currently have a 1 1/2 year old brindle boxer. Her name is Maddie. I also had a fawn boxer who died suddently one year ago today. She we think had cardiomyopathy. She was very very healthy. Always running around bringing happiness to anyone whe met. She was running around the dining room table to the living room table and just collapsed and within seconds her tongue was bluish black and i called my vet with in 1 -2 minutes she was gone. What a shock that was. Not knowing about cardiomyopathy my Mom and I felt like we let Riley (that is her name) down. That maybe we could have helped prevent this. Maybe used the halter monitor on her. But now we are very very educated on Boxers. I love them and will never have another breed. for the love of boxers, Have a great day!

Is there a boxer rescue program in Louisiana? If so would you e-mail me the information. I must say I total love my boxer. He is so smart and loving. He goes every place with us that he can.
I love boxers and I wish I could take one or two of yours home with me but I live in a Mobile Home Park and they do not allow dogs that big in the park. I wish things were different but for now all I can do is LOOK at all of these wounderful animals.
i couldnt have said it any better, your description of a house with a boxer was perfect, i will own no other breed
We love looking at the beautiful pictures...We are definitely ready for another boxer, since ours died last year. Vilma
I have owned many dogs of various breeds throughout my life (I'm 66 now). By far, the most beloved "girl" I've ever had was a Boxer I named after a gorgeous lake in the Yukon ... 'Kluane.' She was(uncropped) similar in appearance to the Shelby you have advertised -- flashy fawn instead of brindle with black spots on white chest. I loved her so much my heart still hurts every time I think of her! I would adopt an older Boxer in a second, if I had the freedom to make that choice. My husband is not open to having a dog. Speaking for myself ... I have two weak knees -- at risk of falls if I am not very careful. I've been told not to try to walk a dog, but I know that a Boxer is much more intuitive than other breeds. I used to obedience train dogs, and "my" Boxer would certainly not be pulling me down. And ... she would spend a lot of time with me on the couch with love as her companion. I should not have even looked at this site, because I want a Boxer so much. At the risk of boring you to death ... I will say that whenever I am "on my own" I will adopt a Boxer. Thanks for listening ... sigh. Regards, Audrey [Give a needy Boxer a big hug from me!]
I really love boxers we rescue boxers, i have saved about forty dogs i live near Fort Bragg Army base so all of the soldiers that getting ship out give there dogs away because they have noone to take care of them so we get them and take them to a no kill shelter to get adopted out
Iīd like just to say hello to Jennifer, although I havenīt found her name at these sites, but I guess she was, or still she is, a member of the stuff. My boxer-friend ERIK died three years ago of cancer and she was the one who was giving me the strenght to compare with his disease as he was leaving. I still have e-mails from Jennifer as one strong memory. Though such a distance between us she helped. Thank you Jenny. I will not forget and I hope, someone will tell you I didnīt forget. Have a nice time , pet
Thanks you for your amazing site, I added it to my bookmarks just in case!
