I was overwelmed by the number of dogs you have for adoption. In Ontario there is a 2-4 month waiting list before your application can be processed as we have far more rescuers than dogs! I wish you the best. Too bad we couldn't bring some of your dogs up here!
Just wanted to tell you folks that you have a fabulous website. Very informative and the little bios that go w/the dogs for adoption are sweet & funny. My daughter and I are interested in the status of Brody. We're not certain if this is the best time for us to be adopting (we're trying to buy a house) but, we fell in love w/him at first sight. Thanks for your time.
We are currently looking to adopt a boxer. We have researched the breed and found it to be the matching friend we seek. We frequent the pound alot. Where exactly is your location? Thank you, Bart & Heather
I just emailed you all to help! I don't have space to foster, but I do have time and experience to help. Boxers are the best!!
we love boxers!!!!!!!!!
My daughter & son-in-law recently adopted a boxer mix from you....Alexander. They already have a 7 mos. old female who we just love to pieces. Alexander, renamed Floyd is an absolute doll. Just loves to cuddle and would climb right into your lap if you moved over. The 7 most. had a real adjustment after having been the princess for 7 mos. but they seem fine now. Each has their own bed in front of the fire. They are great and very loved!!

Ever since my bother got a boxer about six years ago the family has fallen in love with them. I am looking forward to adopting one and so is my mom.
I am 11 years old,my mom and dad adopted our beautiful boxer, morrissey, when he was 2 years old,he is now 9.They would like to adopt another but he doesn't like other dogs, just some girls. He is so loving, and he makes us laugh every day. He still acts like a puppy,he runs with my dad almost every day.My mom says he's almost human and I think so too. I read your stories and cried, Iwish I could help them all. Ithink it's very important to adopt because they deserve to be in a loving home and to be happy. Boxers are the greatest dogs, I love them!!!!
We lost our Boxer Sep 18, 2003. His name was Mr.Higgins, he was 14 years old. My husband John and i miss him so much, every day he is with us. We will never forget him. I found your website while desperately searching for a boxer to give a home to. I called and made an appointment for this Saturday the 21st of Febuary, 2004. I am really really excited about this weekend. I have been wanting a boxer for a very long time now and I am looking forward to finding that special someone this weekend. Thank you very much. ~Nikos
Great sites, great work!!
I really enjoyed what you said about boxers. We have a 2 year old boxer and are thinking about getting another one. "Tiffany" is a wonderful part of our family. We have 4 children and she loves all of them. I was very nervious about buying a boxer (they sometimes look so mean) until I read about them. My husband bugged me for years. I am so happy that he did. Tiffany brings joy, love and happiness to our family.
I just love the site and watching all the sweet boxers get homes, my 5yr old Kira, a red flashy Fawn was a rescue boxer. She bounced from two homes until she came to mine. I think in about a year we may be ready to add a second buddy to our home! keep up the good work! Bouncing with happiness, cat cat cat..oh oh oh dog another dogggggg.... Sorry Kira got a hold of the computer Charity of San Diego
Dearest Fellow Boxer (purebred - papers not necessary!!) LOVERS, Around 1 year ago, my next door neighbor brought to my front door (which was unusual) a beautiful boxer which had been brought to her house by her pest exterminator who SAVED this beautiful animal from being run over in the parking lot of one of our local malls!!! Since she has a pair (male & female) of boxers, he thought the dog MUST be one have been hers!! BUT NO, (I will not go into descriptive details so that someone FALSELY might try to say the dog is theirs)!! She & I have discussed over the past 2 years about when she breeds her two lovely dogs, that I will pay extra for a pick of the litter!! We searched the "lost dog" columns of our newspaper & went back to the area where the dog was found to see if their were any fliers put up - BUT NOTHING!!! So as I got to know this FABULOUS Boxer better - I thought this would be the perfect dog to replace the best, tallest & blondest German Shepherd that our family had saved from being put to death - years ago!! After 13 years of a happy & healthy life, "ole Yeller" the name the previous owners had called him - and because he was NOT a good "watchdog" and kept running away from their home - were planning to take to the local "pound" to put him to sleep - UNLESS WE WANTED HIM!! Their problem was that they NEVER UNDERSTOOD that he was a giant "love shepherd & lapdog"!! I was so distraught that after he was 13 years old, he developed luekemia - and since we could not bear to see him suffer, euthanized him - cried for many months!! ( We had changed his name to Baby!!) Because I could NEVER HAVE FOUND a Shepard as MARVELOUS AS HE WAS, I gave up the idea of EVER having another dog (our first dog was a minature black poodle that my son had been given as a birthday present - and even though he had a heart murmer, given the correct medication - he also lived to be 13 years of age!! ; he passed away several years before we "adopted BABY" the Golden Shepherd!! As my 2 wonderful children reached adulthood - and wanted my husband and myself to get another dog - I KNEW I could not adopt another Shepard - since NO other one could even come close to "our Baby" :-(( " BUT - NOW FOR THE GOOD & BAD NEWS: since looking for the Boxer's owners - and NEVER even gotten a clue as to who had him before - My husband who was quite ill and was becoming more seriously ill by the week: ( first heart, then lung & finally kidney failure in the hospital for 6 weeks) - gave "Sweetness" - the Boxer - to our Daughter, Son-in-law & 2 gorgeous grandbabies!! And when they are out of town for a day or a week, etc. - we get to have our "Sweetie" here to "dogsit & SPOIL ROTTEN"!! Well, to make a long story even longer; about 2 months ago, they found a gorgeous purepred Boxer - that looked exactly like ours - so much so that the owners wanted to breed it to "our Sweetness"!! We were SOoooo Very happy - but 2 weeks ago their Boxer got out of the backyard and ran Headlong into the front of a car and was KILLED!! AND ALL OF US HAVE BEEN IN TEARS EVER SINCE!!!! We will still be looking for a "pure boxer" just in case - because I NEED ONE OF MY OWN"" to have puppies with my "Sweetie"!! My husband's health is VERY MUCH improved whenever we have to take care (& Spoil) our "Sweetness. We are NOW looking to "adopt" a purebred Boxer for my husband & myself - NOT a mixed breed - ONLY if we cannot find a "beauty to breed to Sweetness to"!! You can reach me at phone #626-332-6539; fax #626-332-3390. Even though I am just now back "on-line" - my spam blocker will not let any "new people" through; so please try to phone or fax us!! We ONLY fell in love with Boxers, when we rescued "our Sweetness from death at the pound"!! My HUSBAND & MYSELF MUST NOW HAVE A MALE OF OUR OWN!!! Thank GOD, we found you!!! Most sincerely, RICKIE SANTELL
this was a cute website i wish i could have all of them!!!!!!
