My family and I have a 2 yr.old female boxer named Jane. We love her so much. We inherited her from my brother and his wife when they were no longer able to keep her. She is the sweetest dog!!! We love her so much....our life is so much richer since she has joined our family. We are truly blessed to have her. Keep up all of your excellent work for this beautiful breed of dog. Sincerely, Traci Aldridge & Family
I need a home for my 3 yr. old fawn boxer. She loves kids and people, but needs to go to a home with no other dogs, because sometimes she can be aggressivetoward dogs. She is very healthy and playful. all her vaccinations are up to date. need a home for my 3 yr. old female fawn boxer.
Found you through CSI. Last week I found a boxer in the Pasadena shelter that I tried to save. Unfortunately he was PTS on Friday, the 4th. I would like to foster a dog, when I find one that works with our family and do the adoption through you. I seem to fall for white boxers. Thanks.
We had a boxer when I was growing up and they are great dogs!!
I am sitting hear wiping the tears from my face after reading the articule on Maxime. I have an 8 year old boxer named Kelly, who we just uv to death and dread the fact that some day she will no longer be with us some day. 2 years ago I came down with Cancer and for some strange reason that night she slept in my doorway, the next morning I was in the hospital. They sense things that we do not have a clue. Thank you for the articule sniff, sniff..........

These are lovely dogs. I am very pleased to have discovered that people are taking real interest in their well being, great job.
Now owned by "Linda"
I now own a boxer name Diego,10 month old,and he has been so much fun ,I am looking into having another.
we are considering adopting a boxer and we are looking into the breed. we think that adopting an older dog is a better choice for us than a puppy.
I am writing this to potential boxer rescue adopters, as well as previous boxer rescue adopters to let them know that although I know a lot of people come to Boxer Rscue L.A. to get a full bred boxer, PLEASE consider adopting one of the mixes also. I went to Boxer Rescue L.A. in April 2003, and had full intentions of adopting a "full-bred" boxer, until I met what is now my baby. Misha, a boxer mix, is a darling and sweet addition to my family. She has the true spirit of a boxer (which is why the rescue saved her) and she wiggles and loves just like a "full bred" boxer. I encourage anyone who is considering adopting a dog from Boxer Rescue to also consider the mix breeds that they have for adoption. Misha has brought a kind of love into my home that was missing before...So I urge everyone to have a open mind because my girl is anything but a "mutt."
DEAR FRIENDS> I LIKE THIS KIND OF ACTION, ALSO I HAVE A BOXER HER MANE IS MAYA, SHE LIKES RUN EVERY DAY WITH ME IN THE MORNING. THANK YOU VERY MUCH JOSE
We just love visiting the boxer website, to read all of the great stories and to hopefully find another great boxer addition to our family. We adopted the most AMAZING boxer about a year and a half ago from the LA boxer rescue and neither my husband nor I could imagine life without our little Sierra Puppins. What a wonderful organization. Thank you for sharing your stories.
Just read the memorials on the many loved boxers and their people. I share my life and heart with Joelle my 9 year old brindle female and my "adopted" brindle girls Desi 5 years old and Lucy 7 years old. My heart and mind is also shared with memories of my 13 year old male fawn Maximum Strength who passed away in 2000. Boxers are the greatest...Although the breed has it's share of health issues, I will only share my life with the Boxer. I miss my good old boy, but have an abundance of memories. Jo and I continue to create them.
I HAD TO PUT MY BOXER OF 13 YRS DOWN ON THE 4TH OF JULY. HE HAD CANCER FOUR 4 YEARS BUT IT WAS TIME. WHATS WORSE IS THAT MY DOBERMAN OF 9.5 YRS DIED UNEXPECTEDLY JUNE 13 . NEEDLESS TO SAY IHAVE NEVER BEEN SO LOST IN MY LIFE! AND, I AM LOOKING TO ADOPT ANOTHER. I DO NOT THINK I CAN GET USE TO SLEEPING ALONE!! I HOPE I CAN FIND A PURE BRED LIKE I HAD I AM RETIRED AND DISABLED AND NEED A FRIEND LIKE I HAD!
I adopted my female boxer from Ursala in 1999. She was so thin and tired having just given birth to a litter of pups 6 weeks before we met. Nikki had more patience and love than I thought possible for one dog. I spent every morning and evening walking her through my neighborhood. Everyone knew Nikki. On June 25th I said goodbye to her. She had an enormous tumor growing around her heart and there was nothing anyone could do. I miss her more than words can describe. I am very lonely and will get myself to the rescue compound as soon as my heart will let me. Kevin Gleason

Being head-injured, coma almost three weeks, find out what I found out when I went to Heaven. You'll be very surprised and enlightened by the Trinity's bombastic, mellifluous knowledge: With such a price-tag on our souls, human beings are clearly precious beyond cheap-o diamonds; Declarations can never describe how effusively rich, colorful, and illuminating Upstairs was... and is forever. Sign the Guest Book, too. God Bless You. PS Read 'Lui et Moi' by Gabrielle Bossis (published by a French/Canadian firm - all in English). A book that will give you a lot of insight and revelation-to-this-fallen-nation of how God Almighty works. DOMINUS VOBISCUM
It is so true, your description of the boxer. And yet, each one is like a fingerprint, as they tend to believe...A Class All THEIR OWN!
I am looking for a female Boxer Puppy betwen 6-8 weeks old, and i want to adopt!!!!
Hi Kathy, Jourdan and all of the other wonderful people at the rescue. Thank you for all your help to me and my wife and specially thank you for all the work and love you put with the dogs. On August 27, 2002, I adopted my beatiful white Boxer Jake from the Yuma County Humane Society in Yuma, Arizona, where I did volunteer work. Unfortunately, I had to put Jake down on July 27, 2003. I only had one week to spend with my baby after I found out about his cancer. It rapidly spread throughout his body and I couldn't stand to see him in pain. Jake was the BEST thing that had ever come in to my life. He was my beatiful boy. I did have 11 wonderful months with my sweet baby. I know there are a lot more babies out there that need LOVE and a good home. I am currently looking for another Boxer to adopt.
