HAPPY ENDINGS: Sophie

[CLICK TO RETURN HAPPY ENDINGS]

A quick update from Sophie Schuette, current resident of the Village of Fallbrook , California by Walt and Maurie Schuette.

I hope you remember me.  You took me to Aliso Viejo on February 26, 2006 where my Mom and Dad had to wait for the “cat” people to decide whether they wanted me.  Mom and Dad knew right away.  I am so glad you took a stand.  Mom and Dad are glad too.

As you can see from my pictures, I am thoroughly content and one happy Boxer girl.  My yard is soooooo big.  I give my Mom and Dad fits because I have so much energy but they are learning to keep up with me.  (Dad has lost 12 pounds and is in great shape… Mom is working on it too.  Ha ha.  We are all getting fit.)  I have my very own toys and each morning Dad takes me outside to the front yard so I can play chase with all of the bird friends in our neighborhood while he drinks his morning coffee.  I just love that time of the day.  Then Mom gives me my morning treat.  She calls it CC.  But I think it is something really good.  White, small curd, and looks a lot like cottage cheese.  Then I get my breakfast and it is time to rest on the grass while I wait for my friends Daisy and Pepper.  We exchange greetings and find out what we expect Santa to bring us.  Life is good.  I am so happy.  Miss you guys.  Thanks for everything you did for me before I found my forever home.

Mom and Dad and I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.  Something good is going to happen in a few days and I am excited to learn what Dad means when he says, “ho, ho, ho.”  As a California Boxer Girl I think I’m clueless… but I also think I have a pretty good idea.  Perhaps a diamond studded collar?  Oh well, a girl can dream, huh?
