Rio is like a rushing river, and you can’t fight the flow. He seems to have been allowed to do whatever he wanted to do. Or perhaps they just left him alone and never tried to provide any training and guidance. He is young and he is very smart and Rio just needs some hand on time. He is kind of all over the place right now but given some good exercise, basic leadership and positive reinforcement Rio will be flowing smooth and easy. He just needs some help to settle in and enjoy being a good boy. He is good on leash and is getting better around others. He is pretty excitable so only the calmest of females would be considered as a companion for now. Give him some time, give him some love and give Rio a purpose in life through training and you will have a great dog.
