Minor is a little guy with a great big smile.  I guess a good description of his personality would be “peppy”.  He is a little overwhelmed at BRLA with so many dogs around but we feel he has good social potential.  A proper introduction and supervision is a must when meeting dogs.  He is super cute with people and the kisses flow while his tail goes non-stop. If you have some basic dogs skills and are looking for a smaller boy to adopt, rest assured that Minor will bring you major love.
