There is the comfort of being together for a long time. That comfort comes in handy when you lose your home but at least you have each other. Moe had a hernia when he came, which we took care of, and Madeline’s presence help him recover in comfort. They she fell under the weather but we got them together as often as possible. Now both in great health they are together all the time.
They are so cute together the way they act like puppies in love. They are settled and gentle, great with other dogs, kids and who knows about cats.  They seem to have a nice understanding of what it takes to survive in this sometimes cruel world and make the absolute best of every day together.
