Ivory is a little sweetie pie. She is housebroken, great on a leash and knows her commands. There are only good things to say about this girl. She was the family dog out in the desert and they had to move to OC and found an apartment that would allow her. So they moved and she was the first dog allowed in this complex. When they moved in, all the other tenants fell in love with Ivory and begin asking the landlord if they could get a dog. He suddenly changed his mind about allowing Ivory let alone any future dogs at his property. Ivory did nothing wrong other than trusting. She is very playful with dogs outside her home. Inside her current home she can be possessive around other dogs (food & affection), but this is something easily controlled by a confident owner. If you are afraid a dog will react, they likely will. If you project to them that it is not an option, peace provails. Simple as that and Ivory would probably be fine living with another dog as long as she was also living with a confident owner.
Ivory thrives in an environment with a leader and lots of love. Ivory is a small little bundle of love ready to bloom in home lucky enought to adopt her.
Ivory is available at Saturday OC PetCo events and by private appointment in Orange County. Please ask for Ivory by name on your application if you are interested in meeting her.
