Cookie is a real treat. She is a little deaf girl with a bubbly personality. She walks great on a leash and knows hand signals to sit and shake. All you have to do is look into those beautiful eyes, pick the blue or the brown one and you will fall head over heels.
Many dogs do not understand deaf dogs so a companion for cookie depends on the dog. She does love people of all sizes and is fantastic with children.
