This fellow came to BRLA to find a new home when his family lost theirs. They felt they had no other option than to let him go. At BRLA the reason a Boxer find their way to rescue is not for anyone to judge, but for everyone to come together and find a new home.
Bones is a robust guy with tons of energy and loads of love to give. He is good on a leash, great with other dogs, kids and even tolerates cats. The paperwork says he is seven but we don't believe it. You have to meet this guy to see the spring in his step, the spark in his eye and the love in his heart. He is probably more like 5 but age is not a factor in Bones being one of the nicest and easiest Boxers around.
He is housebroken and loves his crate. You will never hear a peep from this guy as he know his way around a house and a family. He has been in foster home and fits right in, loves to cudle, smart as a whip and one lovely boy. He does well at the local dog park. Bones has plenty of meat on his Bones (must be another story to his name) all he is lacking is a family of his own. We are so sorry that his original family had to let him go but he is a catch for some lucky family out there looking for a new faithful friend.
