Baxter is a true blue toy fanatic.  He loves to play but it’s not just with toys. Baxter loves to play period. He gets very stimulated in crowds and needs a patient owner to work him through his excitement. He is a great dog that needs some work. An experienced owner will do wonders with Baxter.  He is hit or miss with other dogs, a submissive female might do the trick. It is always hard for him to focus when there is so much stimulation around. In time and with work this handsome young boy will come around. Until then he is a little unpredictible for small kids. Baxter is a great project for someone with some good dog skills.
